Mr. Sibley joined Head Companies in 2004 and is responsible for the ongoing construction activities and coordination management at Wild Heron in Panama City, Florida. He oversees the construction release of each new phase of the project and monitors the progress through completion, including the construction of a 25,000-square-foot Clubhouse on-site.

Mr. Sibley is also involved with permitting and the supervision of related maintenance activities. He holds various certifications and has a background of over twenty-six years in construction management ranging from residential to commercial development. Additionally, he serves as an on-site developer representative to the Architectural Review Board and Property Owners' boards.
